Class Registration Procedures
Fees may be paid by cash, check or credit card. To qualify for member rates, your membership card must be valid throughout the entire session. Classes missed due to holidays, illness, conflicts or bad weather are not made up and credits are issued. Registration over the phone is restricted to active members only. All phone registrations must be paid by the registration deadline.
Credit/Refund Policy
If the participant cancels less than 7 days into a class, they may receive: 100% credit towards future services OR a refund less a $15 service charge per cancelled class. All credit/refund requests are subject to Program Director’s approval. Paperwork can be found at the customer service desk.
